By enrolling in any course, workshop or event offered by the College For Wholistic Education (the “College”), you agree to be bound by the following comprehensive Terms and Conditions:

 

Payments and Refunds

All fees, charges and tickets purchased for courses, workshops, or events provided by the College are strictly non-refundable. Refund requests will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, which are evaluated individually and granted solely at the College’s discretion. A change of mind does not constitute an exceptional circumstance and is therefore not eligible for a refund.

Ticket Transfers and Deferrals

In the event you are unable to attend a course, workshop or event on the scheduled date, you may transfer your enrolment or ticket to another individual or defer your participation to a later scheduled date. Any such transfer or deferral is subject to approval by the College and must be requested in advance. Approved transfers or deferrals must be utilised within a six (6) month period from the original purchase date. Unused enrolments or tickets after this timeframe will expire and will not be redeemable or transferable thereafter.

Intellectual Property and Use of Materials

All course content, materials, and resources provided by the College are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Participants are granted access exclusively for personal and educational use. Reproducing, sharing, or utilising these materials for commercial purposes or distribution without express written consent from the College is strictly prohibited.

Modifications to Course or Event Details

The College reserves the right to modify or alter schedules, facilitators, venues, content, and event formats at any time as deemed necessary. Participants will be promptly informed of any significant changes and offered alternatives if appropriate.

Participant Responsibility

Participants accept personal responsibility for their physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing during participation in courses or events. The College will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained as a direct or indirect result of participation.

By completing enrolment or purchase, participants confirm they have thoroughly read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
