Welcome to my First Blog post :).

I discovered the breath 35years ago and it made such a difference in my life.

I learned how to stop reacting and relax instead…

which meant that I wasn’t running around all day feeling constantly behind!

Well, today I want to share you how you can get your hands on this same strategy…

To deal with your emotions so you feel stronger and more capable than you ever have before.


But just before I do, I’ve been reflecting:

As I come into my 20th year as the Founder of Wholistic Psychonomy … and 35th year as a Breath worker, I want to share that during that time

I’ve learned how my breathing pattern not only affects my family but my work, my business,  my relationships and even money, along with so many other things, too numerous to mention.

Without a solid strategy, to relax or to stop reacting to even just little things in the first place, means that life just doesn’t tend to go as smoothly as we’d like and it certainly isn’t relaxed…

Don’t get me wrong:

a positive mindset is so important,

But it isn’t enough to stick to the decision to relax without digging deeper into the unique cause for YOUR stress ….

Into what the essential ingredients are for just relaxing when you get triggered, or better still … not getting triggered at all.

For the record, when I had reached a point of the stress overwhelming my better nature once too often, I made an appointment with someone who later became my Rebirthing trainer.

That day was the first day of the rest of my life.

I had created a breathing space for myself around many of my problems, not just the major ones I had then, and it has lasted to this day.

I woke up and breathed fully for the first time. 

I’m guessing you might have your own difficulties,

Things that you didn’t know… that your head was all messed up and yet you knew things had to change somehow,..

Had you experienced that?


When I ask a room full of troubled and distressed people to raise their hand...

if they’ve ever believed that their positive approach in life is going to help them…

Is going to create more vitality and energy.

Well, I think there’d be a lot of hands up (even mine 🙂

So, the first thing I want to mention is that,

if this does sound like you, you’re not alone and you shouldn’t blame yourself.

There are so many Gurus and experts out there bombarding you every year with things you MUST do,

they can easily steer you in the wrong direction.

So please know it’s not your fault.

I’ve been exactly where you have been



If you’ve tried and failed, you might think that this is going to be the same…

If that’s the case, I want to put those fears to rest…

I want to show you a better way to relax and breathe properly…

to begin an encounter with the Self that is often unprecedented in our lives.

You just need the right person to show you how to do it properly or at least differently ….


Let me tell you why my approach is different…

Firstly because I have a genuine 35 years of using these breathing techniques and sharing them with others and I would love to share them with you.

Secondly, I started the College for Actualizing Human Potential with the intent to build a bridge between the conventional and more alternative methods of healing and transformation.

Thirdly, I have taught literally thousands of people how to breathe in ways that allow them to transform their behavior far more easily than talking for years and years about their problems.

And lastly, all I can say is that everyone has their own unique way of doing things. I respect all other breath workers and their methods. We all find our way to exactly the right person for us, at exactly the right time and move on when we need to.

Now I’m not going to sugarcoat it for you – nothing worthwhile is ever without effort. It’s like the fridge – you get out what you put in … well mostly … except for some of what my younger son calls my “science experiments” 😉

What I do know is that you put in the initial effort and things will really start to shift and change rapidly.
